On the Mat

Stretching, moving, boundaries, edges, spaciousness

No mind

Flowing, effort, non effort, balance, grounding, lightness, floating

A river of thoughts, torrents, Mara’s army

White water,

Trains leaving

What is for dinner?

I said to her….

She said to me…

Present?

Oh, oh, oh, I did it again…
The present the conductor yells…

My stop

Stretching, moving, boundaries, edges, spaciousness

Where do I begin where do I end? I cannot tell

No mind

Flowing

He hurt me

Life is so unfair

Oh, oh, oh I am there again…

Breath, one breath this breath, this one and this

This moment and then this and this one

Open, receiving, neutral, energized, full, and empty

Compassionate, empathetic, alive

Stretching, moving, boundaries, edges, spaciousness

Where do I begin where do I end? I cannot tell

You are that

  1. Anyone who practices yoga or meditates knows the coherence within one moment and the incoherence in the next moment. Moment after moment each with the potential of coherence yet it can not be forced or manipulated...it simply arises. If the environment fosters mindfulness then coherence can arise. Practice Practice Practice with the intention...create the environment where coherence can arise.
